Description: Vintage 1940's B.N. Bugbee Niles Gold Plated and Blue Sapphire Rhinestone Earrings measuring approximately 1 1/8 x 3/4 inch with a screw back for non-pierced ears. Dramatic pierced bow design with ribbon ends set with a round sapphire blue center rhinestone measuring approximately 6.25 mm. They are marked B.N. on the backs of the earrings. A great piece to add to your collection of fine vintage costume jewelry. Bugbee Niles made jewelry from the late 1800's until the mid 1950's. My husbands father brought back many lovely pieces of jewelry, porcelain, clothing, perfumes, and household items to his new bride upon his return from Europe after WWII.
