Description: Lovely vintage 2 Pc suit set - dress and beaded button up jacket. Gorgeous gabardine crepe draping. Color is a purple-blue / blue-purple - super difficult to describe. Belt, with a bit of fading, suggests it tends more to the purple side but not a reddy-purple at all. Gathered bodice and short sleeves on the dress. Longer sleeves and bead applique on the jacket - which also has assymetrical buttons. One belt - shown both on the dress and over the jacket. Neither piece is lined - dress does have shoulder pads. Dress has back zip. Shown on a modern dress form with a bust of 36"/waist 26" / hips 36". Suggest a modern M/L with this no stretch gabardine crepe blend. DRESS B 40” W 32" H 40" + with a bit of pleating Length 50" JACKET W 44” W 32” Length 26” Overall great vintage condition - there might be some light fading on jacket shoulders but very hard to tell (there is fading on the belt as noted above).
