Description: Gorgeous and hard to find 40s feathers on felt tilt hat by Frank Palma. He was known for his intricate feather work on his hats and I was able to find an ad featuring a similar hat from around 1946. There are two faux birds resting in top with a plume of feathers behind them. It's in amazing shape but there is a teeny bit of damage to the end of one feather on the top far left. It's not too bad though. I don't want to use the word perfect to describe it but it's in pretty good condition!
