Description: An unusual 1950s souvenir box from Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. It looks like wood but seems to be made from some kind of ceramic. About 4 ½ x 3 ½ x 1 ½ inches. The inside is about 1 inch deep. Very good condition with some signs of wear. The cork sheet on the inside of the lid has hardened. Finely detailed with the Eternal Light Peace Memorial on the lid and scenes of dogs, fields, and birds around the sides. Great display or storage piece.
