Description: Vintage 1950's Hakata Urasaki Japanese Figurine Doll "Fisherman With Rope" - Made in Japan - Aprox. 7.75" tall x 7.25" wide - Authenticity Mark on Underside. Incredible detail with high gloss paint and a lifelike expression. In overall good vintage condition. One white scuff mark on his forehead, and some scratches to the paint on his jacket sleeve and back. Some dust in crevices, and may have other light scratches to the paint. No chips, cracks, or other damage that I noticed. Rope is coiled and goes through his foot as intended, fishing line is loose; not sure if it's supposed to be that way or not. Note: I used bright studio lighting to highlight all the details and any imperfections as best I could, which makes him look much "shinier" than he is real life. I did my best to capture different angles for your viewing benefit.
