Description: This Vintage 1960's 14k gold Geneve mens watch belonged to my father who passed earlier this year. He bought the watch in downtown Boston in the early mid 60's and wore it for some time before changing to Rolex. It's been evaluated by Diamonds Direct and Alson Jewelers of Beachwood, Ohio. Both appraisers described the watch as good condition. The watch does wind and start. A few items of note: The watch has not been servicedThere is some fading of the letters G and E in GENEVE and well as the lettering in Jewels. The watch can be refaced.The bottom of the top band needs some soldering reinforcement. It is not currently at risk of falling off the case. The clasp is in excellent condition and only very minor scratches on the back case. I think it is an elegant, unique and stylish watch. Enjoy!
