Description: Immaculate vintage piece in stunning condition. All buttons are leather & original to the coat, the viscose green lining is immaculate and the belt is included and original to the coat. Impossible to find a better original 70s Courreges trench style coat than this. Colour is grey/green with deep green lining. Wool / polyster blend with sumptuous viscose lining. Similar style worn by Jackie Kennedy. Size is Medium-Large Women's. Measurements: Pit to Pit 21-22" approximately; Length from top of shoulder to hem 42"; Shoulder to cuff 22"; Shoulder to shoulder 16-17" approximately. Courrèges is most famous for his groundbreaking Space Age collection launched in 1964. Coming from a time when the ladylike style of Jackie Kennedy was the rigueur, Courrèges’ collection featuring metallic fabrics, miniskirts, lacquer gogo boots, and everyday trouser suits was incredibly progressive and futuristic.
