Vintage 1960s Barbie Ballerina #989 Oufit, Not Complete

Description: This is a vintage Barbie doll outfit from the 1960s. The outfit is a ballerina costume, numbered #989, and made by Mattel. It includes a silver cloth tutu, shoes(not original but, still vintage and marked Japan), a crown(also not from the original ballet collection) a bag, black tights, and a black leotard(the back appears to have sheering blemish in it, I tried to show it in photos). The outfit is designed for an 11 1/2 inch girl doll and is an original vintage piece from the 1960s. This is from my late sister's Barbie collection and is in near-complete condition. The elastic on the tights needs to be re-sewn on the waistband. The black leotard looks like there may be runs on the back of it. The red ballet slippers were with it when I found it. The bag has some discoloration (also captured in photos), may be laundered? The crown, like the shoes, were with it when I found it. All items come from a smoke-free household.
