Vintage 1960s Light Up Nose Santa Pin With Bell Plastic Light Not Working

Description: Adorable Santa pin from the 1960s in VERY good condition - no paint loss, bell and string are sturdy and attached, all inner parts are there including light bulb. I simply couldn't figure out which way to put in battery and could not get it to light, tho i suspect someone much smarter than I am will be able to! Payment is expected within two days of purchase.
