Description: These track and field spikes came from a hardware store that closed around 1970 (the store carried sporting goods as part of its line), and these shoes have been in storage since then. In their original box these are in 'new' condition (new old stock). Size is marked 7 1/2. I measured from toe to heal underneath the bottom of the shoe and that was about 10 3/8". Be aware that sizes for shoes and clothes back in the 60s may be different than sizes today, meaning that a size 7 1/2 shoe may not correspond to a size 7 1/2 shoe today. If you plan on wearing these shoes please verify your measurements as 'not fitting' is not a reason that I can accept a return due to the cost of shipping. The spikes are quite long - 5/8", and I am not sure if they unscrew (although they look like they do), and if they do unscrew I am not sure that modern spikes of today will screw into the slots. Shoes may have been tried on back in the 1960s. I did not see any markings as to where they were made, but I would guess that they were made in the USA as other Rawlings shoes of this era were, and the shoe model printed on the box and marked inside the shoes is T58T. Box shows wear - see pictures for overall condition details - ask questions if more information is needed.
