Description: Selling CHRYSLER PLYMOUTH DEALERSHIP SERVICE MANUALS. For the SERIOUS Mopar collector. This book/ binder contains Service Manuals from Chrysler Plymouth, for the model year of 1968. This book came from the service department of a now closed Chicago Chrysler Plymouth dealer. The Service Manuals were correspondence DIRECTLY from the manufacturer (Chrysler Motors) to their dealership network. The correspondence included fixtures for their various vehicles/ dealership information/ company information. They were NEVER made available to the public nor the press. Since this was WAY BEFORE factory recalls, the public at large never knew of issues with their vehicles since the automaker wasn't obligated to inform them of such. If a customer brought a vehicle back for repair work, the factory was already aware of the problem and had instructions to the dealership on how they were to be fixed. This book/ binder is INVALUABLE to the car collector/ enthusiast/ historian/ mechanic/ restorer.It includes info/ diagrams/ pictures to assist the repair of musclecars/ luxury cars/ economy cars/ family vehicles. Some pages pertain to the 426 HEMI and other musclecar engines. ALL of the pages included are authentic as sent from Chrysler. There are no reprints. All of the bulletins are in the original parts binder that the dealership originally placed them in back in 1968/ '69. Due to time and usage, the following discrepancies are present: wear/ scratches on the binder itself/ wear- dirt- watermarks on some of the pages. None of the pages are sticking. NOTE: although this binder is for Chrysler Plymouth vehicles, they will also work on Dodge vehicles too since both of those lines were produced together originally.
