Description: Vintage 1970 very large Fres-o-lone Whaling Whale Fisherman stein tankard ceramic For your consideration is this cool, kitschy very large Fres-o-lone ceramic whaling tankard dated 1970. Would look great in your coastal New England cottage, library, mancave, etc. The base is in excellent vintage condition with no issues to note except some scuffs and marks to the whale handle and some apparent paint loss in the sky above the whales’ head . The fisherman finial of the lid appears to have been broken off and reglued as their is glue on the surface. There is also some glue on the underside of the lid. As the piece is so large, this is not very noticeable unless you are looking down at it from above. The overall height is about 20” tall x 10” at widest. It will weigh about 6-7lbs packed safely and will need a large box of course. Local pickup near Boston more than welcome. Thank you!
