Description: Stunning! Late 60s early 70s large copper art sculpture. Torch cut artwork, it is two large butterflies, painted in green and blue enamel. The piece is giving a brutalist look, in the style of Curtis Jere. Both butterflies have four leaves underneath and are attached to a painted green base. It is not signed. It is in fair condition, some wear, mostly rust underneath the enamel paint, which has lifted in some areas. One of the leaves has been folded a few times and could break off if moved too much. measurements are: 19.5" tall 7" wide at base 4" deep at base Would make quite a statement in any room! ***************************** VINTAGE CONDITION: All my items are vintage and have been carefully curated.
