Description: Offered is a vintage early 1970's Bobby Fisher era wooden chess checkers and backgammon board. No pieces are included. You will receive the board as shown; no pieces are included. Made of wood with laminate alternates and marquetry. Very beautiful handcrafted workmaship. Please take note there are some pre- exsisting cosmetic blemishes with the board. There is a visible color variance in the laminate squares on the opposing sides of board. One side shows a egg white tone color and the other shows a bone tone color. Please check photos for the difference. There is also very small nik on one corner of the board. The board is overall nice with the front metal closure tab and hinges all solid and showing and original patina and oxidation. There are no cracks or stains and is ready for a game! The board measures 19.1" x 19".1 and 2" deep when opened.
