Wire Hubs with Original tires with some issues. The Axles turn free with some light oxidation is present. The original paint is very nice, but needs a cleaning...The castings are solid, no apparent damage that I can see. Displays Well. The Window Box has a damaged inside flap(hard to notice) ALL SALES FINAL...please ask ALL questions before purchase. The item will be well-packaged so no damage can occur.
