Product Details We are excited to offer this vintage 1974 S.Yairi YD-304. During the 1970s, S.Yairi was a highly sought-after brand, known for its dynamic, powerful sound and precise craftsmanship. This guitar represents the peak of Japanese vintage guitars, manufactured when S.Yairi was at the height of its success. The YD-304 model, produced around 1974, originally retailed for ¥80,000. It features a solid spruce top, laminate Jacaranda (rosewood) sides and back, with a three-piece construction including a maple center. The fingerboard and bridge are made of ebony, and the pickguard is embedded in the finish, similar to Martin guitars of the time.
