"Several works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'View of China Town and the Bay Bridge, San Francisco' sold at Bonhams San Francisco 'SoMa (South of Market) Estate Auction: Fine Art' in 2011." Poster is over 48 years old. This print along with all the Nut Tree posters and prints are no longer available anywhere. The Nut Tree, although resurrected into a premium outlet mall, was a huge icon today in name only; it was a famous restaurant, memorabilia shopping center, and airport in Vacaville, California. The shopping center closed in January, 1996. It originally had its origin as early as 1860, and gave weary travelers welcome shade to those going back and forth to the hot Sacramento Valley.
