This is a Rare Vintage 1977 Dated Sanrio Hello Kitty Family Japan Issue Fancy Friends LIVELY CHECK MATES Plastic Thermos. On the base it says Copr @1977 Sanrio CO LTD. The thermos in very nice condition, it is bright in color and smooth to the touch. Colors are bright and colorful, does not look used much if at all. There are a few small light scuffs around the base of the thermos, but nothing bad. The cap screws on fine and is not cracked, slight wear on the upper rim. The liner is glass and not broken and no rattle. The bottom of the thermos reads: ZOJIRUSHI VACUUM BOTTLE CO. LTD. I've never seen another one of these. Overall this is a very nice thermos on display and would make a welcome addition to your Vintage Lunchbox Collection!! This is SOLD AS-IS.
