Description: Vintage pre-millennial La Pavoni professional in the rare copper finish. Machine has been fully serviced and is ready to make coffee. The group head was removed, completely disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned, and fully rebuilt with brand new silicon gaskets and food safe gasket grease. The arm mechanism parts were also ultrasonically cleaned and then lightly greased while removed from the machine. The boiler lid gasket was also replaced. Finally, the machine was heated and descaled 3x with a 50/50 mixture of water and 5% cleaning vinegar. You’ll be the first person to make pulls with this newly rebuilt La Pavoni. Cosmetically the machine shows plenty of signs of use. It is not in perfect, museum-quality condition, but looks awesome on display in the kitchen regardless. Surface wear, and pitting and staining of the plating is visible throughout the machine. See photos.
