Woven in earthy muted tones of cream, tan, and sky blue, it has decorative banding accented with arrows and small block diamonds - back reflects how the rug was finished with loose threads purposely left as shown. I purchased this rug in the late 1970s or early 1980s from Pier One - believe it was made in India - it is extremely heavy and nicely woven. Condition is great with no damage other than a few tiny faint dots of discoloration (tried so show in the photos, but they are very difficult to capture) - no pets or smokers here.
