Description: Vintage 1980s Victor Costa White Tulle Floral Lace Evening Dress Beige Acetate Lining Designer Lillie Rubin. Make a statement with this stunning authentic vintage gown. Dating back to the 1980s, this gown was designed by Victor Costa and sold at Lillie Rubin. It is a fit and flare style withe a strapless bodice and a tiered skirt the falls to the knees. The exterior of the dress is a white floral lace and the lining is a beige acetate. There is a center back zipper that works well. This piece is in good condition for its age, however there are many stains on the interior lining as well as the exterior white lace. There are no other major issues to note.
