Description: 1988 (Series 7) Hasbro G.I. Joe ~ Voltar v1 action figure near complete w/ file card.Figure has cracks in both elbows. Otherwise, the figure is in good shape overall with tight joints and o-ring, and minimal paint wear. Near complete - the machine gun is missing. Comes with all the accessories pictured, and the vulture does have its talons. File card has a few minor creases and other imperfections. Sold as is.
