Description: These are well made portable chairs. Made by a company in Tyler, Texas called the Texas Imperial American Co. Made in the late 1970s. Company dissolved in 1998 The two chairs are made exceptionally well. The frames are lightweight round aluminum and the ends have aluminum caps. No losing those plastic caps like you see on the other brands or steel frames rusting or the added weight. The foam on the seats are 2 1/2” thick. Seats are approx. 13” x 12 1/2”. From the bottom to the top of the back is 17” These two chairs look to have seen little use if any. They belonged to either my grandparents or my parents. This USA company Is no longer around but they put out a very nice product.
