Description: Good overall condition and all lights (multicolored, included) work. The metal has oxidized on the base and has some light discoloration on the “branches”, as shown. You could probably scrub the base with some sort of metal or rust cleaner to remove it but I am not 100% sure. Some light scuffs too, as shown. You could always repaint it as well.
