Right arm is loose and only can be posed down or all the way up. Rubbing to the pain. 1989 Playmates TMNT Metalhead 4" Action Figure. Rubbing to paint. Arms, legs and head moves as it should. 4" Vintage 1990 TMNT Panda Khan Bear, Sharp Garcia Playmate Toys. Rubbing to paint, thigh pads are missing.
