Measurements are taken flat laid: Length (Shoulder to Hem)- 56” Pit to pit- 16” Sleeve- 11” Waist- 14” Gorgeous shimmery pink fabric with two ties on the skirt in the front and the back. The bodice is fitted, the skirt is gathered and layered. Can be worn on or off the shoulders. Pouffy sleeves with tie bows. The neckline is trimmed in ruffles which extends over the shoulders and onto the backside. Underneath is a lining with a lower layer of the same shimmery pink fabric. Zips up in the back along with a hook and eye closure.
