Description: Vintage 1980s Secrets Petites by Secrets Secretary Dress. Sheer material, short puff sleeves, elastic waist band (still has great elasticity), blouson top, red plastic buttons up the back of the top. Pleating on the front middle of the skirt and top. Red with a white and blue paisley pattern. There is some interfacing inside the shoulders to make them puff up (last 2 photos - you can see shoulder pad shaped fabric there, but no pad within). In excellent vintage condition, with no flaws that I could find. No fabric or size tag. The fabric is very lightweight and smooth. The below flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Small. Please compare the measurements to a dress that fits you well to ensure proper fit (keep in mind that it is a blouson-style top).
