Description: Vintage 90s style maxi skirt that appears handmade. Black with multicolored floral print with wavy ruffle hem. Two semi-sheer layers that make the skirt opaque. One layer is the rainbow flowers and the second is also black but with purple swirls. Designed so you can see the swirls through the top layer. Fits larger through the waist and hips but gets a little tighter further down. Perfect for fairycore or whimsigoth styles. Can be dressed up or down for casual wear, a date, or festival. In very good vintage condition because of the loose surging in a few places at the hem. No rips, stains, or fading. Handmade so no size tag but measures to about a modern 2X, but please double check your measurements below. I hand washed it to be safe. Seems like polyester chiffon fabric.
