Description: Vintage Advertising Fashion Illustration Artwork Lingerie R H White Co department store of Boston Mass. Measures about 15" x 22". It is drawn / painted on Whatman Drawing Board. Looks like a combination of watercolor, gouache and crayon typical of old newspaper illustrations. It is marked R H White in a couple places and might be dated 57 for 1957 which happens to be the year the store closed. I guarantee this is a genuine R H White hand painted illustration that would have been used in one or more of the 1950's Boston newspapers. Fine original condition, some normal edge wear - see detailed photos.
