Description: You're buying the true vintage recurve bow that you see in the pictures. These AMF bows just don't pop up for sale very often - now's your chance to snag one!!! Overall it's a nice looking bow. There are two small (what looks like) burn marks on the edge right next to each other - see photo for reference. The original string was missing so a suitable alternative is being included. The string is NEW. When installing the string, you WILL have to twist it several times to get the string to the correct length. Or just take it to a bow shop and have them help you out! I gave the bow a quick buff with a soft bandana and a little bit of mineral oil, but did no other touching up or cleaning. If you have questions, you need to ask! Total length as it sits UNSTRUNG is 53" tip to tip. This is a 58" AMO bow as noted on the side numbers. No delaminations. Unfortunately, one of the limbs does have a very minor deflection towards the tip. Just looking at it by eye, it's probably around 1/4 or 1/2 of an inch off center. I'm guessing this happened from being stored on end for an extended period of time. I do believe that the twist is minor enough that it can be corrected with a little bit of heat and some twisting in the opposite direction - if you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, and archery shop should be able to do it for you. It IS fixable! Seriously, ask questions if you need to. It will ship fully insured!
