I have saved Lava and shell cameos for quite a while and the ones I have bought in the last 30 years, I have not cleaned up or repaired them in any way. This is exactly as I found it and it looks MINT, I never got this set. This is the case of finding a good cameo, but not having the money to put it into a setting. This shows a Victorian woman facing Right with classic Art Deco Style. I have a lot of unset shell cameos. I was going to have it mounted and never did. The carving is wonderful with showing the Right portrait of this Victorian woman. The cameo measures a large 30.3x23.1x3.5mm or 1.19x.91x.13".
