Description: This is a set of Antique /Vintage Irish Setter Dog bronze plated Bookends with marble bases. Marked: Germany on base of marble—see photos. See measurements in photos. These are heavy. I was told that these are bronze plated. They look like brass to me, so I’m not positive of the material. Metal and marble. The marble bases (which can be removed) have a couple of chips and crack lines (not all the way through the marble)—see all photos for details. These are beautiful on display!
