Description: Vintage/Antique TIN METAL SPICE BOX that I recently purchased at an estate sale. It is old and shows lots of wear (scuffs/scratches/dents/dings) from use & lots of discoloration/tarnishing/patina from age. Circa: 1900s. The box measures 8-1/4” x 5-1/2” x 2-1/2”. There are six (6) tin spice containers/canisters inside. Two of the lids are missing the band (side of lid) so they don’t stay on well (sit lightly on it). The containers are marked: GINGER, CIN’MON, NUTM’GS, MACE, CLOVES, and SPICE. They measure 2” tall and 2-1/2” round (top of lid). Still smells spicey!
