Description: This is a rare vintage Argentina Strawberry Shortcake doll (Muneca Colores). In unopened packaging. Doll is from the 1980s, made in China and sold primarily in Argentina, I believe. The package features a curly-haired girl doll with light complexion in Blue hair color. I believe the Spanish name for this one is "Hortensia", but it doesn't exactly correspond to the American /Taiwan made dolls because they look more like Berrykin dolls than regular issue dolls made for the US market. The doll is perfect for adult collectors who appreciate the nostalgia of this classic toy and want examples of the foreign released dolls in their collections. The doll is in mint condition and comes with a comb. Comes from my personal collection, so has been displayed in a humidity controlled environment for the past 10 years or so. A must-have for collectors of vintage dolls and Strawberry Shortcake memorabilia. Package may have minor signs of wear from age and use, but overall everything displays beautifully!
