Description: Vintage “as is” 1930s brown velvet and rayon dress with Talon bell zip Measurements Shoulder: 15.5” Bust: 44” Waist: 36” Hip: 44” Length: 44” Shown pinned on model who is a modern size small Condition: selling “as is” with dark under arm stains. I have not washed this one. Belt is untacked on one side and the belt buckle is missing rhinestones. Has a dark mark on the middle back and a couple mended seams on the skirt and on waistline.
