It has no damage. It measures a little shy of 14" x 14", when laid flat. It has a zipper closure. The needlepoint itself is wool. It does not come with pillow form. I do have the matching pillow cover, which is a cricket. It is listed separately. Buyer will need to add a form or buy stuffing for the pillow.
