Description: Vintage Autopoint Dual Red and Green Mechanical Pencil with Caterpillar Tractor Co. Advertising. It has lead inside. The lead on the green end is not green it is a regular color lead. The pocket clip is etched Autopoint. One side of the pencil has the Caterpillar yellow printing. Twist to advance the lead. The printing is legible and it is slightly worn. The pencil has some surface wear, scratching and worn areas. The golden color on the tip on the green side is darkened and has some loss of the color. We did not disassemble the pencil. We do not know how much lead or the brand or type of lead that is used inside. The pencil did work for us. We cannot guarantee that if the pencil is restored or refilled that it will work. Selling as-found as a collectible. We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages). We try very hard to protect your purchase- books and other paper items get sent in plastic sleeves or bubble wrap surrounded by cardboard, other breakable items get packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or other protection to help avoid postal damage.
