Description: Beautiful porcelain 9 inch doll in lace and cotton dress and bonnet. The doll is set on a padding that has lace around the edges and placed in the wicker basket. Beautiful face painting. The head is porcelain as well as the lower arms and hands and lower legs and feet. The baby is musical and plays a lullaby song when the long string is pulled. The music box is in the middle of the soft torso. The doll and basket are in mint condition! Does not appear to have been displayed. The original box in intact without creases or tears but there is some staining to the box. Please note, the original hand tag is on her right wrist and there is a booklet by Balos Dolls-The Story Behind The Seal" This basket is approx 11 inches long -9 inches tall- 5 1/2 inches wide This doll was made in Taiwan in 1983.
