Item comes with five plush cows that are pristine white. The tightening mechanism that tightens the arm to the crib has slightly yellowed over the years and has some scratches on it. The motor winds up and plays a lullaby and also has an on/off switch. A sleeve could be made to slide on the arm so the plastic would not be exposed. The box has damage.
