Needs a key, but unfortunately this bank does not come with one. Does not sound like anything is inside. Has a small piece of metal internally that covers the place to add coins/bills. Measures approximately 4 3/4" by 4 1/2" by 3" tall. Has some slight rust spots and verdigris, a little dusty in small nooks and crannies. Some red marks on the top.
