Also fully lined under that and through sleeves. Tag size is 44. However, size runs smaller than true. So, more accurately a 42. Also, sleeves slightly on long side, so maybe call it 42 L. Actual outside measurements: collar seem to bottom front...28"; shoulder seam to cuff...27"; pit to pit...24". Very good condition.
