Description: This lovely Victorian applique is in good condition. The beads are hand sewn to a soutache braid and the entire piece is carefully tacked onto a piece of card stock.Measurements: 5" across by 2 3/4" at its widest point. We have several of the same appliques available.This applique piece came from the private collection of my late mother who collected silk ribbon, lace, and fabric and used it to professionally restore antique clothing. I believe these were saved from an antique silk dress that was beyond saving.
