Description: Vintage BLACK Burn Out Velvet Fabric on chiffon entire piece 3 yards. It is 44 inches wide. It is a natural fabric, maybe silk or maybe rayon? I am cleaning out my stash of vintage fabrics and this is a beautiful piece we never used. It has a pattern that repeats on the opposite side of the selvedge. I do not sell by the yard, must take the full piece. Great for scarves, bias cut, blouse, etc. Has a lovely drape.
