The condition is good to fair and working order is good. The blue handle does show some wear, scratches and paint loss. There is some light scattered surface rust so may need to be steel wooled. Size - 11.5"H If you need your item shipped with a particular carrier let me know. I will always try to pick the least expensive way to ship, that gets item to you in the amount of time you want it or faster. Example if you pick Priority and FedEx is cheaper we go with FedEx. If you pick Smart Post and Priority is cheaper I go with Priority. I then refund the difference. The majority of the items I sell are estate finds. All of these things added together is what makes these vintage pieces so attractive to us.
