Description: No makers mark but is heavy and high quality and resembles Chelsea. Measures 5-1/2" across the diameter of the entire unit and 2-1/2" deep.Heavy and appears to be nickel plated. Shows typical handling and wear. No major damage or issues but will need polishing and cleaning. Not calibrated but needle does move on daily basis. Buyer will need to provide typical service and calibration asscociated with age. Please review all pictures.
