Vintage Box of VELVET American Pencil Company No 3

Description: Up for auction is a vintage box of American Pencil Co. New York USA Velvet pencils. Total of 10 pencils, 7 are 558s No. 3; one is a No. 2-3557 and two others are not marked but came in this box (Strayer College and The Price Lumber and Mfg. Co.). Pencils are not sharpened. Box is in fair to good condition. Both end tabs are missing and ends are frayed/torn. Appears a portion of top end was glued back together (not real noticeable) as it appears to be torn all the way down. THE BACKGROUND OF THIS MASSIVE COLLECTION: Over the coming weeks, I will be listing quite a few pencil sets and pencil boxes. I would guess there is close to 200 of them. All of these were my mother's... she recently remodeled her kitchen/living room which forced her to put away a lot of her collectibles while that was completed.
