Description: Vintage Boy Toddler 3T Outfit Set Blue White 1970s Turtleneck Flare Pants. This set is in pre owned condition. It has areas of discoloration or staining, yellowing, fabric wear, pilling, and normal fading from being worn and washed. Some of these flaws can be difficult to see in the pictures, but I do my best to point them out. There are no brand or materials tags. The elastic in the waist is stretched out and no longer springy.
