Description: This lovely vintage sterling silver pin is signed BRKS . A bit of a mystery to me since the only major silver company I associate with these initials is Maison Birks or Birks, the major Canadian silver company for decades. They usually use the BIRKS logo , why leave out the I? But other sellers attribute it to Birks. In any event, it is a well made artful pin featuring a heron or crane with cattails in a bamboo style circular cut our frame. It measures 1 3/4 inches in diameter and weighs 9 grams.
