Inner armpits has some marks, the belt fringe on the one end is a missing and on the left front collar it has some surface marks that look like they could be gently sponged clean but I’ll leave that up to you Lining is on the thicker side so this has some substance to it Possibly an acetate fabric Armpit to armpit 23” Length from neck 46” Black background with a blueish gray pattern and purple ish accent on collar and sleeves
