The belts can be found but there are NO necklace listed. 15 1/2” in total length with 3 holes for sizing. Marked on the cartridges and leather strap CELINE & France on the buckle. This was designed by Michael Kors in 2001. Please see photos. Item is from a high end estate collection originally out of the Northeast.
